Cancellation & Refunds

Appointments & Procedures

  • You may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the slot at no charge.
  • Cancellations ≤24 hours before the slot or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Pre-payments for diagnostic/procedure packages are adjusted against the visit; once a service is availed, it is non-refundable.
  • If we cancel due to operational reasons, you may choose a free reschedule or a full refund. 

Optical/Pharmacy Orders (Shipped Items)

  • Cancellation allowed within 12 hours of order placement if not yet shipped.
  • Custom lenses, special orders, and opened medical supplies are not eligible for return/refund unless defective.
  • Defective/damaged on delivery: notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photos for replacement or refund. 

Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days; bank/issuer processing may take 7–10 business days.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay; refunds are credited to the original payment method.
